Dennis Cotter – Licensed Broker / Owner

Dennis Cotter has been involved in the Real Estate industry since 2007. In January 2010, he founded Minuteman Apartments & Homes. The goal of the company is to offer its clients Greater Boston’s most exciting “no broker fee to client” luxury apartment rentals.

Dennis follows the luxury rental market on a daily basis and his close relationships with property managers & onsite leasing consultants ensures that he is always able to find his clients the best deals available. Dennis graduated from St. Michael’s College with a BA in English Literature and a minor in Journalism. After a short time in Journalism and a long time in Financial Services, he developed a strong interest and passion for the Real Estate industry.

Dennis resides on the South Shore and enjoys cooking, traveling, hiking with the dogs and reading.

Jeff Nietupski – Licensed Agent

Jeff Nietupski follows the Greater Boston real estate market very closely. Because of this, he is always able to find his clients an apartment in their desired price range and location. His laid back approach makes finding an apartment a very enjoyable experience.

Jeff’s background is in Commercial Real Estate Accounting, which has allowed him to make a smooth transition into becoming one of Minuteman’s top producing agents. Jeff graduated from Sacred Heart University with a BS in Accounting. While at Sacred Heart, he also played lacrosse.

Jeff resides on the South Shore and enjoys movies, sports and traveling.
